I ordered a bouquet of pink carnations with white and pink roses on my mother’s birthday ( order Id # BF1718277178). I paid for express delivery but my order was delivered late. Flowers that got delivered late in the evening were not fresh at all. Tbh, the amount that I paid for the flowers was not worth. I regret ordering flowers from bloomsflora.
It was the 1st time that I ordered flowers from here for my friend's anniversary, they were 50 roses that I had ordered for. To get a review from my friend about the flowers after she messaged received, she told me that the flowers came WRAPPED IN A NEWSPAPER. I was shocked as I've never seen or heard this before and the so called vase that was sent along with the flowers is a size of glass of water. I've never ever faced this kind of embarrassment ever before. Please never order flowers from here. The reviews that they have posted are all fake. Worst experience!!
Placed an order for the first time from UK. Easy to use the web. Address on one of Goa’s island. Though I was given the address, it was not very accurate. Despite this the delivery person took the extra mile to ensure delivery of the flowers. Excellent service. Top marks to your delivery service and flower quality. Ref: Order BF1718276285Only part of the order was delivered. I had ordered a cake and a plant as a birthday gift to my 80 year old aunt for her 80th birthday. Only the plant was delivered. Cake was not.But got a message saying that the order was delivered. Extremely disappointed. We later found out that the recipient requested the delivery guy to drop off the packages with a neighbour. The neighbour handed over only the plant. The neighbour turned out to be a dishonest individual who kept the cake for herself (it was a she) resulting in our mis- understanding that it was Bloomflora’s fault. The representative from Bloomflora was very considerate and apologized for no fault of theirs. But I would suggest that in future, if they had to deliver to a neighbour instead of the intended recipient, they could mention that the package was delivered with a neighbour as requested by the recipient in their delivery message. This could have avoided the whole confusion and heart-ache and mis- understanding.
Since Im overseas I hesitate to order online as often its a disaster. However this is the 1st time I tried Blooms Flora and I was pleasantly surprised by their level of service. The person replied to all my questions in a timely manner and sent me pictures of what was being delivered and kept me posted till delivery was done. I will definitely use them again.
