I ordered K18 and ended up with a fake item. I had previously purchased authentic K18 directly from the official website and had my original bottle for comparison. What I received was clearly not genuine. The product came from a Chinese wholesaler in generic packaging. I found similar products on other platforms for much less. I contacted the company about the counterfeit, and while they initially responded, they have since ignored me after I provided photos. No refund or further communication. If you want real K18, buy from an authorized retailer instead.
This company claims to be based in Australia but took two weeks to deliver. I placed an order on 10 Sep 2025 for K18 Hair treatment 150ml. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or tracking number. After following up on the 16th, I still got no tracking information or delivery, and no response from anyone. The communication has been poor, and it feels like a scam.

I paid $49 for a fake K18 hair mask, $22 for cheap argan oil that arrived messy, and $39 for a straightener brush that was slow and ineffective. I returned the products and managed to get my money back through my payment service. Selling counterfeit goods is illegal; I urge others to report this seller. They also have fake reviews and continuously delete my feedback.
