I actually like this store. But the customer service is bad to say the least. The pair of skis i ordered got broken by the Austrian post. No one let me know that happened and I had to write multiple emails and call for them to even respond. Then I asked for a pair of replacement skis which was not possible because the ones I ordered were the last ones in that price range. Their solution was giving me a refund without letting me know even though I ordered my skis on time, never got them and had aski trip planned for next week. For this painstaking process that lasted almost two weeks for my troubles they sent me a 10e giftcard....

I reached out to the support team about the price difference, and the representative was quick and friendly, offering me the board at the promotional price. Three days later, the refund was already processed. Outstanding service!

I am truly disappointed with my experience with the service. I placed an order and paid for a product weeks ago, but after 25 days, I received an email stating that the item was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and unreliable. Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my vacation due to this delay, and the lack of earlier communication is frustrating. Additionally, customer service was unhelpful and did not provide any real solutions.
This store has always been my go-to for everything I need! I love the extensive selection and probably own every shirt they’ve released. Recently, I purchased my snowboard boots and pants, and the support was fantastic—they assisted me with the fit and everything. Amazing store with nothing but positive experiences. I’ve returned items ordered online without any issues regarding refunds or returns. Five stars from me!
I ordered on December 8th with two items in the same order. Delivery was promised within 5 to 12 days. One item arrived, but the other is still 'in transit' and won’t arrive until at least December 23rd (15 days post-order). The products are good if you receive them, but don’t rely on the delivery dates; it’s drop-shipping from different suppliers instead of one warehouse.
