Your return policy can use a tune up. Having to four emails over a week and a half to get the total instruction to return an item. Now I’m setting here waiting for my refund after more than the 5-7 business days to be credited back to me. I am waiting.
I ordered a charger but my bad, chose one that wasn't compatible with my phone. Emailed Jenn at customer service she was so helpful and sorted my problem out with kindness and patience. I've ordered from BlueBolt twice now. First the 5 in one travel charger, which my wife loved so much, we ordered a second one for me. I also ordered a super-slim magnetic power bank. I would highly recommend all these items and they all arrived promptly.
