Frustrating return process

The return process is overly complicated and confusing. I spent two months trying to complete returns, ultimately missing out on over $200 that I should have been able to recover. The need to send items to various locations and the challenge of organizing the products correctly made it even more difficult. Trying to navigate the system without a smartphone or printer only added to my frustration. While I appreciate the wide range of products available, I cannot recommend the service at this moment.

Great deals, but service needs improvement

The return process is incredibly difficult and confusing. I spent two months trying to finalize returns, only to lose over $200 that I should have been able to reclaim. Sending products to different locations and struggling to find the correct order added to the challenge. It was overwhelming to navigate the system without a smartphone or printer. I truly appreciate the variety of products offered, but I cannot recommend the service right now.

Unauthorized charge and sizing issues

I noticed an unauthorized charge of £84.07 on my account, despite not having placed an order on that date. Additionally, I ordered five shirts and one coat in my usual size, but the sizing was completely off. One shirt was from a different company, while the rest were all too small. The coat was also smaller than expected.

My first and last experience

My experience with the company was disappointing. Although their prices are low, the service was appalling. I ordered several items total over £100 and received a tracking number, but it showed an error. After spending a long time trying to resolve the issue with customer support, I ultimately canceled all my orders, but they continued to deliver despite my requests. The communication was frustrating, and I received no resolution.

Unbearable experience!

I would avoid this company at all costs! The constant advertisements on my phone are overwhelming, and despite my attempts to manage them, they keep coming. It's incredibly frustrating.

Missing items and poor customer service

I ordered a pack of seven seamless bras along with some tops, but when the package arrived, the bras were missing. I contacted the company for a refund, but they insisted the bras were included and refused my request. I dislike being called a liar and will not shop with them again.

Beware of unexpected charges
