Review Time
I purchased something from chococloset.com in late 2023 and when i tried to use the "NEW" product it was missing parts. When i called in 2024 no one answers their phone (909-340-9395) after many days of trying and their website is "DOWN" listed "under maintenance" for over one week of trying. This appears to be a scam or they are out of business.
Great prices and when the web site is working properly the product arrives quickly. They do notify you if an item is out of stock and credit your card promptly. My only complaint is that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! E-mails are answered in a few days to over a week. We have only ordered tires and they have not been out of date (have been within just a few months of mfg. date). They have arrived promptly, although sometimes separately, just a few days apart.I would recommend, however, sometimes placing the order can be a challenge.
2 set 10 ply LT 235 85 16 Atturo truck tires.3 set 8 ply ST 215 75 14 Transeagle trailer tires.These transactions went excellent. The seller maintained excellent Commumication until the tires arrived. They have the best prices. Date codes on the tires are current and are not BLEM marked tires. I've found shipping for me usually takes 3-4 days.John K
