Scam. They got my money, but I'll purchase no more. The charge also shows "recurring" but I did not sign up for that. Forced to cancel CC to avoid further charges. They do not respond and the tracking link is non functional. They are using a fake endorsement from Joe Rogan combined with an Austin, TX address. Fake! Fake! Fake!!Update: They promised to send a return address I could use to start a refund, but they have not responded to several emails asking for address. All I get are more sales emails. "Buy more"! $40 lesson to be more careful
This company is a scam! They created a fake company or at least a front company that sells methylene blue. Has a website and advertisements that says it’s 100% produced in America and specifically say it is not made or comes from China. We purchased a “deal”they were having which was buy two get two free. We purchased it. Well one month later, we got a shipment to our residence and we opened it up and it was another order, which we never placed. We quickly checked our bank account and sure enough they charged us again. When we reached out they said we weee on a subscription plan, which we literally never signed up for. On top of that, on the package it says it was literally sent from China. So, false advertising! They then tried to have us jump through loops and diss they cancelled our subscription for future months, but in order to to get a refund we had to do a bunch of steps before they would even send us the address to send it to and finally sent us an address that is in New York, which is just some random tore down house. Which is completely different than the address they have in their website which is in Texas. After looking up the Texas address which doesn’t even directly point to this Froya Organics but just a parking space next to it. This people are liars and scammers. We will be reporting them to the BBB. It’s so sad that people are still going out of their way to scam people who are just trying to find things to improve their health.
0 stars. Company says from Texas. Box says from Wyoming. Ordered on 11/19 and the showed it shipped the 21st. Customer service was garbage. After complete runaround and around. Showed it was in new jersey. Then, Showed it was shipped from new York from a guy named Jim som. Didn't receive it until 12/11. This place sucks. 100% usp grade sucks.
Scam! Do not buy from this company. The product took over 3 weeks to arrive. It was missing the book, and the product itself is fake with additional ingredients. When you contact the company by email, they keep sending the same message asking for proof of purchase, photos, etc. I have sent multiple emails but always receive the same response.Beware — they are scamming people, and the product is not made in the USA. This is a cheap, dangerous fake product and it might be harmful to your health. All the lab tests on their website are fake — check the lab addresses, they don’t exist.Fake, fake, fake!
I was expecting my order #29760 to be delivered, I got a message from Yodel claiming it was delivered, it seemed odd as I am at home, so I checked, they claimed it was put in the letterbox, I found that strange as I couldn't imagine the parcel fitting through the slot and I checked - nothing there. I contacted Yodel, they said they left it on the doorstep, I live in the center of town, leaving an item on the doorstep literally on a very busy road and never even ringing the doorbell doesn't count as delivered!I can't say anything about the product itself since I never got it, chances are somebody walking past took it, but given that I paid quite a bit of money, I would at least like my products and would expect them to pick a reliable delivery company!
