Scam pop up company. Seeing these all over Facebook at the moment. Poses with legitimate website, comms via Zendesk, possible sham airfreight company so tracking seems legit. Unfortunately a scam DO NOT BUYItems never arrived

Donot order with this company

Donot order with this company. They are scam. Ordered 2 goggles. never recieved them It has been more than 3 weeks now. No contact details for the company. no response from contact us aswell. Delivery company Involve Yun Express, not able to contact them in australia or hong kong, further investigation shows parcel been given to speedx in Sunshine Australia, no contact details from them also and ai response on website. I have lost my money. Hope other people dont lose their hard earned money.

Scam sizing, poor quality, and fake customer services email address that doesn't work

I bought the pack of two child size goggles and two adult size. The child size was supposed to be for age 12 and under, but was so tiny it didn't fit my 8 year old, let alone my 11 year old. They also didn't have the nose covers shown in the advert, but instead came with separate nose clips. I emailed their customer services to ask about exchanging the tiny pairs for adult sizes, but the email address was fake and my email bounced back. Then we tried the adult sized ones on holiday and at first they were okay, but on day two they were leaking. They were quite pricey and terrible quality. Do not buy!!
