Extremely dissatisfied with my experience

I would give my experience with recharging a prepaid SIM online a zero if that were possible. It expired the very next day for an unclear reason given in-store (I recharged €5 instead of €6, while the online options are only €5 or €10) and customer service took days to reach a human operator. I strongly advise against using this service; I certainly will.

No option for zero stars...

There is no option for zero stars, but that's the rating I would give for my experience with recharging a prepaid SIM online. It expired the next day for a ridiculous reason provided in-store and by customer service after days of trying to reach a human operator. I strongly advise against this service.

Extremely disappointing

Extremely disappointing. I've been loyal for years, thinking it would pay off, but now I regret not leaving sooner. I was a long-time client. The final straw was being 'blacklisted' for an absurd reason! Their customer service is a joke, as you have to pay just to speak to someone. I will be moving my wife away from this service and advising others to do the same.

Shouldn't be on the market

Shouldn't be on the market! They fail to send connection codes, hide billing details, impose unexpected charges, and offer poor service quality. I received a bill that doubled, and I can't reach anyone from abroad.

Customer support is virtually non-existent. They expect you to pay for basic support, and when you do, they still can't resolve issues due to general failures. They threaten service restrictions if bills aren't paid on time. This service has deteriorated significantly.

Terrible customer care

Terrible customer care. I requested to transfer my number to a prepaid service, but they ended up canceling it. After rejecting several offers from their support team, they seemingly took revenge. Customer support requires a fee, and I ended up getting a better number from a competitor.

Frequent breakdowns

Very hard to reach a human. Every time I call, the automated message says they are experiencing technical difficulties. However, I'm calling from a major city. After finally speaking to someone, the issue was resolved.
