Im just ecstatic that I get to relax in a sauna in my own house. Its so relaxing. I feel like it could be a little hotter but I do sweat & get a good detoxing.
A cold plunge tub was supposed to arrive with my sauna but it has not arrived as of such.
Total scam. We ordered a sauna on 12/3…almost 3 months ago!!! The payment was taken but we have yet to receive our product. There is no number to contact them and they are no longer responding to emails.
Terrible company been dealing with their lead scammer danielle" ordered Jan 5,2026 Have had 2 labels "created" company refuses to refund me even though items have not shipped, have had to contact my credit card company as well as the better buisness buearu filing federal mail theft charges with the postal inspector and fbi. Have also contacted the miami dade sheriffs deparment This company is a scam do not deal with them
We received our HALO sauna about a week and a half after ordering. We ordered the Burneek Recovery Bundle plus which includes the cold plunge and chiller. While we haven’t received the plunge and chiller yet, the sauna is AMAZING 🤩 It was easy to set up, I did it by myself before my husband got home. At first customer service was very difficult to get responses from, but they were prompt in responding to my question regarding the remainder of my shipment. Customer service is the only reason I’m giving only 4 stars. Very happy so far!
This seller's a total scam. Ordered my stuff weeks ago, but they're faking UPS tracking updates – "package delayed due to system error" every time, no real proof. Avoid like the plague, don't buy from them. Sadly, I'm not the first – like many other reviews say, same shady excuses, zero delivery.
My experience with this company is mixed reviews. i placed an order on December 22nd and as of December 31st. It showed the label was created. But hadn't been shipped. I did finally receive my sauna. Well after the time frame I thought I would have but understandably for the price you pay it was worth the wait for me
I have used it now for two weeks. And it is awesome. And you cannot beat it for the price. My only negative to date would be that I have not received my cold plunge yet. However, they did email me back back saying that it was on back order. And it would be sent out when they get them. I feel like a product like this took off way faster than they most likely anticipated. And with the holidays, it definitely put them on back. Order customer service could be better.However, the product in my opinion is definitely worth the money.I love mine and use it daily.
I previously wrote a detailed review on this matter. I’m sharing this one to urge anyone experiencing similar problems to lodge a complaint with the appropriate authorities. The more complaints filed, the better the chances of preventing further scams. I've already submitted my report. Additionally, I recommend disputing the charge with your financial institution and informing them about the situation. I provided various reviews and a link to this review site to illustrate that this deceptive behavior is a recurring issue.
FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE. I placed an order in December. They generate the shipping label days later to falsely indicate that it has been dispatched, but it never arrives. They refuse to issue a refund until the item is received back, allowing them to impose a restocking fee. If you voice your concerns on social media, they will block you. This is a complete scam. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SELLER. It has been four weeks, and I still have received nothing.
The customer service from this company is extremely poor and lacks credibility. They have misled me multiple times regarding the shipping of my order, and I have asked them to cancel it and provide a full refund. The representative I spoke with stated that they can only offer a partial refund and that my order cannot be cancelled. I find it hard to believe that an order that has never shipped cannot be cancelled. I refuse to accept a partial refund for a product I have not received, especially since the tracking information they provided indicates it has not shipped. They claimed it was lost by the shipping carrier, but when I contacted them, I learned that the company only created a shipping label and never actually sent the product. I have only received a string of incorrect information. I strongly advise against ordering from this company; if their products are as unreliable as their customer service, it's simply not worth the hassle. I plan to use all my communication with them to dispute the charges.
This service has no integrity and accountability; they take your money and then vanish! After numerous emails (the only way to reach them), they blame the shipping provider. I demanded a full refund, but their response was to read the return policy, which states: - you must first receive the product - cannot open or use the product - must pay for return shipping - 25% return fee. AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! DON'T FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
