Review Time
I started in 2024 with this company. Promised a website, ebay, and Amazon store. website took over 5 months. Ebay store and Amazon store never opened. When my website was shut down ( which they couldn't explain) i was offered a full refund. We both signed the refund agreement that stated i would get monthly payments back for the next 10 months starting in 120 days from signing the agreement. i was supposed to get my first payment in Feb 2025. I have yet to receive anything. I call the numbers and email i used this whole time to communicate with them but no one responses. Hoping to get a response here.
Complete scam! Don’t let these newest flood of reviews fool you! Tom Parker (which is a fake name - Adetunji Thomas Quarcoo - massive red flag if you and your staff have fake names btw) have been a scammer for YEARS! They understand the art of conning. Just google his REAL name and it will reveal lots. We have lost all our savings. This business does not deliver ANY of the promises that it makes. We were give empty excuses of payment. Didn’t receive a DIME. Don’t fall for any of it. He and his team will take the money and run. But prison bars will be in his future very soon.
I was frustrated about my Amazon store After being a client of Bmb for five months but I do give credit when credit is due. They work very hard to address all of my issues. My Amazon store was reinstated and my eBay store has had an increase in sales. I have a few more months left to recoup my initial investment. Great company!
I have joined a new business venture with bmb and I am excited about it. Platform sounds excellent and I am excited. I have been harsh in my previous review and I wish to amend my relationship with bmb. I want to personally thank Xavier and Thomas for their guidance and patience. Thank you and here's to a great future together.
The combined impact of BMBMatrix's services on both my Amazon and eBay stores has been nothing short of extraordinary. I've experienced a surge in revenue, a significant increase in customer engagement, and a notable improvement in overall performance metrics. It's clear that partnering with BMBMatrix has been a game-changer for my e-commerce business. In conclusion, if you're looking to elevate your sales on both Amazon and eBay, look no further than BMBMatrix. Their expertise, dedication, and tailored approach to business optimization have transformed my stores into thriving, profitable ventures. I wholeheartedly recommend BMBMatrix to anyone seeking to maximize their sales potential on these platforms. With their assistance, success is within reach!
I just opened an eBay store with BMB Matrix and was pleasantly surprised that I had sales within the first week. The process is easy since they handle the customer support and shipping. They’re already working to give me strategies on how to boost my sales. After I see how that goes I’m also considering opening an Amazon store with them!
Like others have experienced, I paid a lot of money ($13,495 to BMB Matrix for their "Amazon Standard Package" plus another ~$1,500 setting up an entity) and spent a lot of effort working to build an ecommerce business but never got what was promised from this company. They claim their products have been "carefully selected based off supply and demand on Amazon", when in actuality the invoices they send you state they are "Liquidation Products" (i.e. returned products, some missing parts and used). I had about a dozen sales worth about $1000 in the first three months and got excited, only to be crushed when almost all of these items were returned! And by the way, BMB doesn't refund your money, but instead issues you a credit. After going through an Amazon Audit, Amazon shut my account down since I couldn't prove my source of products or knowledge of where they were coming from, so BMB switched me to eBay and the whole thing started over. Same result though, some sales and then most getting returned. After a lot of frustration and me being a pain, they agreed to paying me back ($14,255.71 including refunds owed)...but over 8 payments - should be a lump sum like I paid them, but fine. Not surprisingly, they didn't adhere to the agreement, so I pestered them, and they finally sent a first payment, then more threats by me and a complaint to the Attorney General, and they sent a second payment. After getting sick and tired of dealing with this company, I turned the whole thing over to a collection agency. It's been five months of demand letters, and they have lost contact with BMB, so we're in the process of filing suit. Recently their attorney informed us that he was representing them as a friend but is no longer representing them (go figure that one out!). Be careful what you are getting into with this company. Ask them to speak to some of their happy clients before you sign up and see what they say.
I recently had my quarterly account review with Bmb and I will say they've lived up to its promises. It hasn't been perfect but as someone who owns a few business's I didn't expect it to be. The project management team has been excellent with communication and it became obvious that the overall management team does care about my sales. eBay was a pain in the butt to get started but it's producing ok results. Despite the other reviews, ebay isn't worth the hassle from my experience. Amazon has been pretty solid, it was inconsistent in the beginning. I would have $1,000 sales days then two days with zero sales. Around the second or third month, is when sales really picked up. I recently enrolled in their retail program which has been providing daily sales. Everything except for the ebay portion of my experience has been extremely positive. Expect a few hiccups in the process but overall I'm extremely happy.
