Pretty good experience with bmbmatrix. There was an logistics issue that caused some late orders and returns but overall my store is turning a profit. If things keep going at this pace I would like to upgrade to their Standard Package.
They do have the ability of creating stores that generates revenue very quickly. My first few sales came in within a few days and over the course of the next few weeks sales stayed strong. I highly recommend them If your looking to for a profitable online store.
**SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM * My biggest mistake was trusting TOM ,Emily, and Xavier. I signed up for an Amazon 5k plan with BMB MATRIX and never made a single sale, and both of my Amazon and Ebay accounts got closed because of their poor management. I left a review for the first time, than Tom immediately called me to remove my review, and he agreed to refund my money, but unfortunately he paid only 3 times of $499.00 . After that, my number was blocked . I paid him a lump sum amount, but when it comes my refund, I have to beg for my own money. Please, it's a request. Don't trust TOM, EMILY, or Xavier. They are all LIARS, CHEATERS, DISHONEST PEOPLE.
I’ve been with Bmbmatrix for 7 months now. In the beginning things were rough but I they have improved over the last three months. Sales started to pick up once I joined their retail program. Thank you to the wonderful team over at Bmb matrix.
This company is a total scam!!!! Do not invest one penny with them. I invested $10,000 and they stole all of it. I have not received one bit of back. They signed an agreement to refund a portion of the money by 12/31/24 and have yet to send any payment.
Today marks the 90 day mark with my accounts with Bmb so I was asked to leave a review and its been pretty much as they detailed. I had a strong first day with sales and as promised my account went under review. My project manager Randy was helpful in showing me how to submit everything to Amazon. I was only under review for a few days and things were back up and running. Ebay took a while to get setup but its now finally starting to pick up after a really sloooow start. Outside of that its been low management on my part which is exactly what I was looking for.
This is my third month with the company and for the most part my experience has been what I expected. Sales came in as they promised, with a few refunds. Two of my items got stuck at the post office for being "oversized items" but I reached out to Randy and he did inform that was an error on Bmb's shipping department and he was able to refund me for those two items pretty quickly. Other than that, shipping issue I'm happy with my stores so far.
Bmb does do a great job at growing an Amazon store which I was very impressed by but there are other areas that needs to be improved. I did recoup most of my initial investment back but it did take a little over a year. Great company if you’re new to selling online.
I've been with the company almost six months and its been an overall good experience. There were a few bumps in the road in the beginning but the team collectively went out of their way to assure they would deliver. An interesting surprise was ebay. My ebay sales are now outpacing my Amazon sales. Communication sometimes takes a little longer than I would like but I've also seen slight improvements on that end. As someone who's done FBA, I prefer Bmb's model much better mainly because I don't have to buy inventory upfront. This has allowed us to grow our business on other platforms. Overall I'm happy with my decision.
We had a terrible experience with BMB since our first month with them in November 2022. We kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but as time progressed it became apparent they really did not care about us as a client nor fixing their mess. We paid $4,995 for their Premier Bundle eCommerce package. As per the agreement, this package was basically to provide/build a business infrastructure, including a marketplace with 100 products, with a focus on the Amazon platform in which they would handle everything from customer service to shipping & refunds, & etc.Unfortunately, BMB Matrix did a poor job with managing our account. They shipped “used” products when the customer purchased “new”, when customers ordered items with fast shipping and they did not ship the items out in a timely manner. Basically leaving customers wondering where their packages are. Additionally they constantly kept listing items that were restricted and against Amazon’s policies. All of this lead to our Amazon account getting deactivated due to unfulfilled orders and policy violations. This has severely impacted our business and prevented us from operating on the Amazon platform entirely.We've attempted to contact BMB Matrix over three weeks through voicemail, text, and Basecamp, but received no response regarding our Amazon account reinstatement.Furthermore, due to poor communication and mishandling of our Amazon account, we had to request a full refund and the release of $2,971.41 in owed credits, per the contract terms. Sadly, we have not heard from our sales manager, Thomas Quincy, for three weeks. He is responsible for handling this.After reading reviews, it's evident that others have faced similar issues, casting doubt on the company's practices and reliability. This breach of contract and lack of responsiveness jeopardized our business. We will never recommend this company to anyone.
