I have been purchasing food for my family in Cuba, but this platform has exorbitant prices, selling products at two to three times their original cost. They've now introduced an additional unfair 3% fee, which is unacceptable. I'm considering stopping my purchases altogether.
I sent some meat that arrived with a terrible odor. I filed a complaint, but it wasn't resolved; they supposedly issued a credit, but it only allows for repurchasing the same item and paying for shipping again. If they can't sell products in good condition, they shouldn’t be selling them at all, as it risks the health of our family. If they can't ensure quality, they should cease operations.

Despite paying for expedited delivery, items have not arrived. It’s frustrating because I’ve been a loyal customer! I spent over $1400.00 on delivery fees, and the excuses keep coming.
