Everything about the process was amazing. They were incredibly helpful with any questions and were completely willing to go along with any of my requests. They gave good advice and delivered an amazing product. The build quality is perfect and it is exactly as I'd hoped it would be. Some days, the response time felt a little slow. But this is very explainable from me being located across the globe from them. The boards are a little pricey, but in my experience, it is COMPLETELY worth it.

They were so ready to help me out and do extensive research to try and find everything I wanted, which made me feel very secure and confident enough to rely on someone else to get me what I wanted. Even as I added more requirements, they never backed down and kept looking for new options for me to look at.The keyboard feels amazing, it doesn't make a sound and it blends perfectly with the style of my desk. I honestly love it so much and I doubt I would have found something so amazing if I had gotten a pre-built keyboard. I am very happy and I 100% recommend.
