My experience working at Baker Ross was disappointing. The workplace atmosphere felt negative and at times quite stressful. I did got harassed by mean workers I did felt uncomfortable working in a negative environment I did not feel supported by management,Not at all! and there seemed to be a lack of organisation and clear communication. It made the job more difficult than it needed to be. I believe there are better companies to work for where employees feel respected and appreciated.
