We have ordered lpg cylinder yesterday at 10.30 pm.. its 10:41 pm today.. after 24 hours, we did not receive any cylinder. When we call them , they say 10 minutes only. I don't know from which planet they are coming... its frustrating and helpless.

I ordered an LPG cylinder through the ADNOC app based on the clearly stated 2-hour delivery commitment. This commitment was not honoured, and the cylinder was delivered only after 3.5 hours, which is unacceptable for a paid and essential service.After the promised delivery time had elapsed, I contacted customer support multiple times. Despite this, the support team failed to provide any estimated delivery time, refused to arrange a callback, and offered no meaningful update. Once payment was completed, I was left waiting without information or accountability.Advertising a specific delivery timeframe and then failing to meet it, combined with poor communication and lack of ownership, is misleading and reflects a serious lapse in service standards. Customers should not be forced to wait indefinitely after making full payment.I expect ADNOC to review this incident seriously, take corrective action, and ensure that delivery timelines shown in the app are realistic and that customers are proactively informed of delays. This level of service is not acceptable from a company of ADNOC’s standing.
Today sept. 30 at almost 7:40pm, in jebel ali opposite of grand hypermarket branch. after i filled my tank full. I ask the gasoline boy to help me for air pressure. I went to the air pressure station and waited there for almost 20mins with open window so they can see me that i am a woman. But 3 staff ignored me. Its extremely disappointed! I am a woman, im not feeling well and i ask humbly for help. The station is not busy at that moment yet they ignored me. This not only poor customer service, this shows lack of respect not only to me as a woman but as a human!
Absolute disgraceful customer service agent rude and unwilling to listen or assist in my complaint. And worst of all unprofessional behavior. They are hire staff who have no clue how speak to customers. They only good at giving lip service, and promises and when the conversation is to difficult for them to handle they deflect and say they will send it to the concerned department. This is really embarrassing!Lastly, charging a customer late fees - which is out of the customer's control when bill generation only gets sent out 1 week past the billing cycle, and not wanting to rectify - absolutely pathetic. Will take my business elsewhere.
