Having been engaged in the Overages Business for several years, what distinguishes it is the authentic support and care behind the program. The training is highly professional and well-organized, the live event was remarkable, and the program provides all the resources I need to establish my business from the ground up. Most importantly, I never feel isolated — the coaching and immediate support instill confidence, encouragement, and a sense of being part of a team that truly wants me to succeed.
My partner and I engaged a virtual assistant to assist with calls and skip tracing, concentrating on a specific area due to the promising leads available. We utilized a reliable skip tracing software to locate claimants, which typically provides accurate information. Although it requires a financial commitment, the value is undeniable.
This particular case required some extra effort as I initially had to speak with the claimant's spouse to assure him of our intentions. After providing proof and building a connection, I managed to speak with the claimant and gain her trust quickly.
The property in question had been inherited from her late mother, and she had no interest in it, nor did she want to deal with the associated taxes. Ultimately, she decided to let it go.
With three boys to care for, I coordinated with my bank to ensure the funds were available before the holidays, allowing them to enjoy a truly memorable Christmas!

Another Day, Another Family Helped!Hey Blueprint family! I've gotten into a groove and there's no sign of slowing down. I've been teaching my future mother & sister in law the overage business and now they're a part of my research & outreach team. They were able to find the lead from the county provided list and reach out via email after skiptracingI've gotten pretty good at explaining what we do and how we help. Of course you'll always have skeptics and those who think you're trying to scam them but that doesn't stop my mission of helping as many people as I can. I had to do some convincing and showing proof of funds before he would agree to meet. Once we met & spoke face to face, the rest is history.The property belonged to him and his late wife and after she passed away he couldn't keep up with things. He had no idea the funds where even sitting or belonged to him.He's going to use his portion to fix his truck and take a small vacation. He's more than thankful for my persistence, tenacity, & willingness to help.My bank clears funds pretty quickly so I'm hoping that when I land in Vegas tomorrow for my bachelor party, the funds will be released and I can head straight to the blackjack table!!!!I LOVE THIS BUSINESS!!!

$2000.00 for training. Who has that kind of money? If he want's to help people charge less than 100.00 for info If it's so successful why is is so expensive. Why is he selling training for a kings ransom rather than just training people to do the work? It sounds like the Amway scam. I can't find any honest reviews.
I will say this about Bob Diamond. I enjoyed learning the course. I spent way more than $2000.00 to partner with his firm. With in 2 months I had made my initial investment back. I had spent in the 5 digit figures to partner with his company. Everything after that was gravy. My daughter and I worked together. We helped many people especially some of those in the Houston Area that lost their homes due to the hurricane. We helped a lady in Georgia and we actually discovered someone literally had stolen her home by fraudulent paperwork. We were able to get her overage money back to her plus she was able to sue the crook who stole her house, such a rewarding day and she was so thankful. The only way this would be a scam is for someone not to put in the work that needs to be done. There is a lot of money to be made if you’re willing to go through rejection and still be persistent in wanting to help people. I wasn’t able to continue doing this for the last several years because my husband had become ill and my focus was on him, he passed away this last May. I still want to get back into doing the overages because believe it or not you’re helping people reclaim money they didn’t even know they had.
In June 2024, I reviewed surplus tax fund lists from several Florida counties and sent letters to over 30 potential claimants. Although I initially couldn’t reach the claimant directly, I left several messages over the month. On July 1, 2024, the claimant, an 81-year-old individual, reached out to inquire about the claim process, wanting to expedite the filing due to health concerns. The claimant’s spouse, who passed away in 2016, was the original owner of the property, with several years of unpaid property taxes.After obtaining necessary documents—the spouse’s death certificate and their marriage license—we filed the claim on July 17, well in advance of Gulf County’s August 20, 2024 deadline. I routinely checked with the County Clerk’s office for updates, and on October 14, I was informed that checks had been mailed to both the claimant and our company.The claimant returned a brief feedback questionnaire, expressing appreciation for our promptness, regular updates, and professionalism. They noted it was a pleasure working with us.I want to extend a special thanks to our support team—Taylor Peterson and Mike Vitrano—for their assistance.
