The bracelets are stunning, elegantly packaged in gift boxes, and reasonably priced. I just ordered a few more for my daughter's birthday. A fantastic discovery, and I highly recommend it! xx

I was initially impressed by the quick delivery—my order arrived the next day. However, one item was missing from the package, and that’s where the disappointment started. I’ve sent three emails to the customer service team and haven’t received a single reply. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when the issue is straightforward. I expected better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has left me quite disappointed.
Beautiful branding. I ordered yesterday and received today. I just discovered the bracelets, especially the wrap-around style. You can buy several completely different styles, including all gold and a turquoise option, along with whatever you enjoy.
Absolutely stunning pieces (I ordered some braided bracelets). I had an issue with the slider on one of the bracelets and emailed for tips to keep it in place. They responded promptly, stating that it wasn't correct and would send a replacement. Outstanding customer service.
Unfortunately, the bracelet I purchased wasn't of great quality for the price, and I had to tie it to avoid losing it. I was offered a refund since they didn’t have one to replace it, but I would have had to choose a different color, which I didn’t want, so I declined. I believe it should be better quality for the price.
