I rated 3 stars because the shipping experience is quite poor. The company should be more transparent about whether an item is a pre-order or out of stock. This is my second order, and I waited more than 30 days. I constantly have to reach out regarding my order, only to be informed that it's out of stock and will ship in another 15 days. It's frustrating. However, I can't complain about the quality, which is consistently excellent.

They need to either send me the missing set or provide a full refund for it.

The products are exceptional, showcasing excellent material, construction, and comfort. I received two track/sweat suits that are very comfortable. However, the delivery took a considerable amount of time, and the online tracking was not very effective. On a positive note, the customer service was responsive through email.
The shipping duration was excessively long, and there was no effective way to track it in real time. The product itself is satisfactory, but given the cost, it should have arrived much sooner. A delivery time of 6 weeks to 2 months is not acceptable, especially if you need it for a specific event.
Once my order finally arrived following a lengthy shipping period, the customer service team contacted me, expressed their apologies for the delay, and provided a $20 refund for the trouble. I truly appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. It was reassuring to see them follow up and address the issue. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident.
