FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend this place. It’s spotless, very spacious, yet maintains a cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay in a stunning location. The owners were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble, and they were readily available for assistance. I loved the fluffy towels and beautiful linens. It’s truly a hidden gem.
We all enjoyed the house and its location, especially the nearby pub. The layout suited us well, but it could use some improvements. The kitchen tap was quite loose and dripped frequently, and the pots and pans were in need of replacement. Additionally, some bathrooms lacked sufficient space for personal items. Upon arrival, the house appeared clean, but one of our guests with dust sensitivity noticed that a deeper clean would have been appreciated, particularly under the furniture. Lastly, we were informed via email that we could check in at noon, but the cleaning staff were still there as they hadn't been notified. Overall, a lovely house that requires attention to the issues mentioned.

Property Name: The Weir House. Wow! We reserved the property for the Christmas period, and I am at a loss for words regarding how magical and beautiful it was. The setting was stunning with river views and right next to a delightful pub where we enjoyed a lovely meal on arrival. The property itself has been beautifully renovated. It was impeccably clean, adorned with Christmas decorations, and equipped with every piece of cookware or serve ware you could need. The beds were comfortable; they truly thought of everything! While it was on the higher end of our usual budget, we felt it was absolutely worth the price. The only downside was having to leave and return to reality. We will definitely return!
Fantastic, quirky, and well-equipped place, spacious enough for six adults, a three-year-old, and a baby. Beautiful surroundings with an iconic pub nearby. We were fortunate with the weather, but even in the rain, we felt cozy inside by the great fireplace with ample room for everyone.
We stayed at the old laundry in Winchcombe on December 14th, 2025, for a family member's special birthday. She was surprised by the location, and the house exceeded expectations. Beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, just 10 minutes from a castle and close to lovely dog-friendly pubs. Highly recommend.
