Review Time
I ordered for the first time... to be fair, it wasn't the platform's fault that the parcel was lost, it was the courier. However, contacting customer support is nearly impossible. How do companies like this continue to operate? I haven't received my order, nor a refund, and will not be ordering from here again.
Bought two t-shirts, both oversized gym tops. One was about 3 inches shorter than the other. I reached out via WhatsApp and email about the issue. No response on WhatsApp, and eventually got an email back saying that sizes vary slightly and I could return for a fee. I don't think I'll shop here again; they used to be decent.
So ordered a few things on there Black Friday sale for 1 parcel to come with only 1 item of 2 in it I took pictures of the parcel and the fact there was no way a 2nd item could be in the parcel, contact them on apple message Facebook, X and email the same day so far no contact other than AI and they don’t have a contact number. I’m far by impressed with the lack of customer service and would like this to be resolved and missing item sent as it’s not on back Friday now!!!
Would strongly recommend not ordering from this company.I ordered a jacket, Evri marked it as delivered and then marked it as undelivered and that it will be delayed. It still hasn't shown up.I've tried contacting customer service on email, whatsapp and facebook but it's just an AI chatbot that doesn't respond. There is no other way to contact the company, so they have basically just stolen money from me. Will never use this company again.
Quality has gone downhill big timeI’m not happy with boo-hoo man this year the quality of the material used within hoodies in particular has gone downhill big time I bought hoodies from boo-hoo man easily over the last 5 to 8 years they have always been reasonable quality if not excellent quality however over the last year I have noticed a huge deterioration in the thickness and quality of the material used in hoodies at first I thought it was just maybe it was a summer range. But no it’s not just the material it’s even the sizes and the cut the sizes are a lot smaller than they used to be and annoyingly even shorter. The whole reason of buying from boo-hoo man for me was the fact that they fit a larger man not anymore they’ve gone real cheap the material is thin I won’t be buying from boo-hoo man anymore gone downhill big time. No doubt they will say they have made the changes to be competitive in the market. Fat lot of good that is when the items are no longer viable for use I couldn’t care less if they charged me double for the old quality at least give me the choice.
They’ve been ignoring messages, on Facebook you see so many complaints. I’ve been waiting a week for an item I did NDD. I’ve DM’ed on fb as well as Apple Messages but radio silence. This is totally unacceptable and if there’s no response by 3rd December, I will escalate this to my bank.
