Stay away from this service. My spouse purchased some clothing for our child for Christmas, and during the first wash, the zipper on his hoodie fell apart. My spouse has reached out to the support team three times and has received absolutely no response. Is there anyone actually working at this service? The service is terrible, and we will never purchase from them again. It appears we are not the only ones facing issues with them. A zero-star rating would be more fitting.
I purchased clothing for my son for Christmas in his usual size, but these pants were too small, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. The company extended their Christmas return policy for orders made after a certain date, but since I placed my order on that date, they refused to accept the return, even though I intended to buy the same items again. It takes an excessive amount of time to receive responses from them, and when I do, it's often a generic corporate reply. They seem to rely on time zone differences and lack any genuine customer service or empathy. Overall, a terrible experience.
During my order process, I noticed an automatic addition of a delivery protection fee in my basket. I removed it, but after adding another item, I found out I was still charged £1.99 for that fee, which I did not want. I reached out to the support team on the same day via their website to ask for a refund, but despite their claimed “24 hour response time,” I never received any acknowledgment. I also tried contacting them through social media, where I initially faced automated replies. Once I got a response from a real representative who denied my refund request, I received no further communication. Additionally, my attempts to use the “Contact Us” feature on their website were equally unproductive. Overall, the communication has been very poor. I’ve received numerous promotional emails, yet no real customer support. To top it off, there have been no updates on my order since I placed it on January 6th. Five days later, all I’ve received is the order confirmation.
I ordered clothes for my son's birthday, but everything that arrived was too large, so I had to return it all. I sent it back on December 9th and haven't received any updates since. I've tried reaching out through various channels without any success, and three weeks later, my son is still waiting for his birthday gift. The customer service is lacking, and there’s no phone number available to get in touch.
I returned my order exactly as directed and even received an email from the company on 6 December confirming that my return was received. However, my return was never processed, and now I am being pursued by a payment service for €58, as if I did something wrong. I have provided all necessary proof: return confirmation, tracking information, and their own email acknowledging receipt. Yet, there is still no refund, no adequate response, and no resolution. Instead, the customer is left dealing with the stress, potential extra costs, and threats of payment deadlines — all because of their internal issues. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to struggle to avoid paying for items that were properly returned and acknowledged. I will escalate this issue further if it is not resolved promptly. Consider carefully before placing an order here — returns clearly cannot be relied upon.
This was my second time ordering from the company. The first experience was acceptable, but nothing extraordinary. I placed my order on November 23, and it took several days to ship, with the package finally arriving on December 16. I don't understand why they continue to use that delivery service, as it took 24 days for my package to arrive. Additionally, I ordered a cardigan that was advertised as 100% cotton, but in reality, it is 60% cotton and 40% polyester, which feels misleading about the materials.
This service requires scrutiny. I returned two items valued at £40 and selected the gift voucher refund option. Nearly TWO MONTHS have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. They keep stating via emails and messages that they are resending the email with the gift voucher refund, yet I never receive it, despite checking countless times. Their customer support is terrible; I receive the same responses claiming they are resending the email, but I don’t get ANY. Isn't it odd that I receive their promotional emails about new deals but nothing regarding my refund? This service is truly disappointing. I do not recommend it, and if you do opt for a refund, avoid the gift voucher option.
I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. I received no confirmation email, leaving me without an order number to track my parcel. When I reached out to the support team, they were unhelpful, repeatedly asking for the same information I had already given, without listening or assisting me. Additionally, my order took two weeks to arrive. I do not recommend purchasing from this service.
I’m really pleased with the quality of the tees I have received so far and I’m eager to place more orders. However, the delivery time can be a bit lengthy at times. The support team is always helpful and provides quick feedback. A special thanks to the representative for assisting me tonight.
