I can't believe I was scammed. I ordered clothing and only received half of my order. I reached out to the support team, and they promised to look into it and get back to me, but I never heard from them again. This situation is unacceptable and quite disappointing.
I reached out to the customer support team via messaging but received no response for over a week. Despite providing my new delivery address, they are still sending it to my old one, which is their mistake, and they haven't acknowledged my concerns. I wasted £30, and the delivery, which was promised within 4 days, has now exceeded a week. Therefore, my rating for the service and their support team is 1 star. I would have rated it lower if possible.
I initiated a refund process and chose the Gift Voucher option. I got an email confirming my refund was processed, but I never received the Gift Certificate Code. I attempted to reach out to Customer Service, but it was unproductive. This company has continuously frustrated loyal customers and shows a lack of respect for consumer rights.
Terrible company. They let you order next day delivery while knowing that the courier they use doesn't guarantee it. It clearly states on their website that next day can mean 1-2 days. It's a complete joke. Then you have to deal with their customer service, which is unhelpful and tries to shift the blame to the courier. You chose them! Many know they are unreliable. Seriously, avoid at all costs. I feel deceived and cheated. Happy holidays, I guess.
First time ordering from this platform, and it will definitely be the last. I ordered a tracksuit and paid extra for next day delivery for a birthday present, but it never arrived. Then I received a misleading notification from the courier claiming it was delivered when it wasn't. Had I known the courier in advance, I wouldn't have ordered (they have a history of lost packages). The customer service is nearly non-existent, with unhelpful chatbots and ignored messages. Overall, no refund and a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend buying from here unless you enjoy being mistreated.
