It’s now been 11 days since I was lied…

It’s now been 11 days since I was lied to and told my refund would be in on the 20th Nov. AVOID THIS COMPANY! You may need to escalate your case with your bank, Resolver or The Trading Ombudsman (which I’m about to do). The company is a scam.

Avoid boohooman. It is a scam

I have been waiting to receive a refund or gift certificate for two months. Boohooman are now actively avoiding my messages to avoid giving me my refund. I have been scammed. You would never think a company of this size would purposely scam a customer out of only £30. Someone will no doubt reply to this review - but no one will reply to my messages asking where my refund or gift certificate is.

No refund despite 3 months now

Returned a jacket back in September, despite emails and social media messages still no refund. Avoid this company at all cost. Many people have experienced the same thing now.
