Days later, I received a vague message claiming that the link “does not seem to work” — despite it being live and publicly accessible 24/7. That’s like saying “facebook.com doesn’t work.” It shows a serious lack of attention or technical understanding on their part.I tried following up, but received no real response for over 48 hours. Just silence. The order remained stuck in “Issue - Contact Support,” leaving me without any resolution or explanation.If you’re considering using their service, be aware that support is extremely slow and unresponsive — a dealbreaker for any professional or business that relies on timely delivery and basic communication.I genuinely wanted to like BrandPush, but this has been a frustrating waste of time.
