It's been almost six weeks and still having problems getting the machine .way too many problems Bearings out Eeg disfuctional The salesmen who were involved in the process are now unreachable when I call I get AI
Went to pick up machine yesterday after many inspections by their supplier and discovered the lift arm pivot bearing are cracked and a danger to use especially under a load
This was the newer machine that was better and newer
I would run from doing business with this company. They
used the old Bait and Switch on me.

If I could give no stars it still wouldn't be bad enough. Let me tell you about this sorry company. I bought a tractor from these thieves. These liars tell me that the tractor I'm getting has been gone through with a total inspection and it is ready to go. The thieves tack on a fee that they refer to as a protection plan just in case something is not right with the tractor. It's a load of crap. Also I bought an extended warranty for $2000 just in case. A lot good it going to do me considering the bull crap they shovel to their customers. These bums deliver the tractor on our closed business day Christmas Eve at 9:00 PM ... That's right Christmas freaking eve at 9 pm at night....Instead of being with my family and enjoying them I'm waiting in the cold for their delivery driver. The next morning I came over to look at it, seeing how I couldn't see it at night and it's filthy. I mean just plain filthy. Then I see one of the tires was about flat . A big nail in it. old nail. you can tell. I crank it up and a alarm comes on....ok ... A code read out shows on the screen. low voltage. go to move it the next day and it won't move backwards. Open the hood and there is literally a half inch of soot like from a rock quarry on the engine. All the filters on it are old filters. You can easily tell that they haven't been changed. I pulled the dip stick on the transmission and the fluid doesn't touch the stick. it takes around 6 quarts of fluid to put it right. Now it is Christmas vacation week so we haven't been working so we haven't run the tractor. but the following week we are ready to use it and guess what? A new code. Alarm comes on and both exclamation marks come on. It has something to do with the Air in the intake problem. I called and I was told that because of the holidays that they would get back to me with a tech and see what they can do. 4 days later I get an email at 8 pm that I did not submit a claim within their 48 hr time frame, so they are not going to help me. What bull crap. I wasn't even open when they delivered it and neither were they!!!! Also I have been trying to talk to someone about it. I leave messages but NO ONE will call me back. So I'm telling you. Buyer Beware! This company is NOT a reputable company. The bottom line is they didn't service this tractor. It came straight from a work site, loaded on a flat bed and delivered to me. They simply lied about it being checked out before the sale. Take my advice. Stick to a actual factory dealers where they care about customer service and have a staff of techs that service the products they sell. Boom and Bucket are nothing but a bunch of half assed brokers that don't give a crap about customer service or their customers. Read their other reviews and you can see a pattern. The truth is I don't even think they see the equipment before the sale. Then after the sale they gladly give you the finger if you have a problem. I not done yet with these thieves. I'm just getting started. My next email is to the the FTC to file a claim. They need to know about this company and it's unfair trade practices. Also the finance company they use MAZO Financial will be advised of this issue. They need to be aware of Boom and Bucket business practices when they are the one holding financial bag. It is worth mentioning that this is a Ritchie Brothers affiliate. So be careful because birds of a feather. Good luck.

Found a machine I wanted to purchase after eight or nine months of looking and booming bucket does not update their website. What a shame totally sickens me. advertising machine that they don’t even have available.

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. They back out of brokering a sale and still refuse to return our money and will not answer or return phone calls and emails. BUYER BEWARE!!Update 17 Oct 25After finally receiving a call back, I was informed that they (Boom and Bucket) mailed a check to the bank without the required letter, their excuse, they emailed it to me. Unacceptable! Then upon informing them the bank had returned it and making plans to drive up there to pick it up, the company then tried to blame the bank for returning the check without contacting me. I told them that would be like his company sending his paycheck to the bank, made out to the bank without contacting no inclination of where the funds were to go and fully expecting his check to make it to his account. They have continued to play the blame game and refuse to accept they made a horrible mistake. I also reached out that I would not be making it the afternoon they said they received it but would be there the next day, as it’s not just right down the road. In reality, I feel they just don’t want anyone to see their actual office but I won’t go into that!! The level of how rude their marketplace operations manager was when I arrived would be enough for me to not recommend this company without even having the issues we have had.

They promised and assured me the machine would operate and function as it should. I purchased a 2013 John Deere 333E and paid $45,000 for it and it was supposed to have 1700 hours on it. When it arrived, it had 1855 hours and the idlers were destroyed, which ruined the tracks amongst a long list of other stuff. Long story short they completely misrepresented the machine which has caused me well over $10,000 worth of repairs just to get the machine operational and usable. They were in close contact with me when this issue Immediately arose, but since have gone incommunicado. They will not return my text messages, phone calls or emails.

I went out of my comfort zone and…

I went out of my comfort zone and bought a piece of equipment sight un seen. I was given a inspection form that looked pretty good to me. I was assured that everything worked as it should. The machine showed up and I was able to check to make sure everything worked as stated. Ths first thing I noticed was the radio did not work. The second was a code for the inclinometer and the auto level does not work. The third is there is an hydraulic leak. The fourth was the dome light does not work. Boom and bucket said they would not help and they did not perform the inspection. Learn from my mistake purchase locally.

Boob and Bucket bait you in

Boob and Bucket bait you in with pictures of different machines, and or different attachments. Then claim that they are having difficulties with their website, and or say, well, if you read down below, it says it does not come with that attachment. This is false advertising, showing a picture of something that is not for sale at that price.Now after I complain about their bait and switch method.Hey Trust pilot, don't let these guys attempt to manipulate you.They are claiming " we are having issues with our website "There were at least 2,- 259 caterpillar skidsteers that had mulcher heads on them, 1 was a caterpillar model, 1 was an offbrand. Once I notified the Boom and bucket rep. Of both the machines he said , "well come on, you really think we would sell a 20,000 dollar mulcher on a skidsteer for that price, and if you read the fine print down below, it says that attachments shown are not included".then I was told that If would pay an additional 26,000 I could have a mulcher with it. Oh and by the way I referenced both of the stock numbers to the rep at boom and bucket. Yes I still have both of them, but I am sure that there are more.Trust pilot
