The whole process was so smooth! We were promised a move-in before Christmas, and we achieved that! The representative took excellent care of us, always willing to assist with any questions we had. When we entered the property, we were astonished at how well it looked; while new builds often have mixed reviews, the quality certainly met our expectations! There were a few minor snags, but nothing that couldn't be easily resolved. Overall, we are extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service and for making our first home purchase a memorable experience!
