The communication was excessively slow, leading me to believe it was a complete scam and that I would never hear from them after receiving the phone weeks earlier. When I was finally contacted, they had reduced the quote by £200 for a minor scratch on the screen, which was quite unjustified. After several back-and-forth emails, waiting days or even a week for replies, I managed to negotiate an increase of £40, despite their initial refusal. While I accepted the offer, I was far from satisfied. Given the slow responses, I was uncertain if I would even get my phone back, so I settled for something. I will definitely not consider this service again.
