I have bought the rigid boot liners twice for Volvo and they have been perfectWith this and value for money in mind, I purchased a fabric boot ‘bedding’Which was not inexpensive, it was quite expensive over £40It’s literally a piece of thick cloth which I could’ve bought from a market stall for £2 I’m very disappointed.
Poor fit … split back for folding seats sits too high and one of the press studs to connect the floor and back sections do not line up and cannot be used to complete the connection. Very expensive for the quality of the product.This item was bought as a present so I do not have access to obtain photographs now and little point contacting Boot Buddy after the fact as I couldn’t take the gift back from the recipient ….. the recipient just had to live with it. The other point I didn’t mention in the original review was that I ordered the Matt option and in my opinion this is still quite shiny and the recipient of the gift has had to put a dog mattress in the boot to stop his dogs from slipping around! This item with the extra features cost £208 and I bought an original Renault boot liner for £108 which is much much better quality.AND what is most annoying is the Boot Buddy response to my trust pilot review is a generic one that basically doesn’t take account of the information provided!!! I am unlikely to buy from them again …. their marketing of the product is far better than the product itself.
I have just received my Boot Buddy for my VW Tiguan. This is my first order from this company and I am INCREDIBLY impressed!!!! The liner came well packaged and protected. The instructions on unpacking and assembly were very clear. It was dead easy to put together (a few press studs!). It fitted the space perfectly and looks great. Finally, and most importantly, it will do the job I want it to do protecting my boot. Superb product. Highly recommended!!!
Really impressed with the boot buddy, despite being initially slightly sceptical. Easy to put together, well made and so far is doing a great job in the boot. Easy to clean, is withstanding 2 spaniels jumping in and out and is far better than the material heavy duty liners we’ve previously used.
