ok, here's my thing. you can play on your phone with borgata casino but you can't play on your computer or laptop if you don't live in New Jeresy that crazy! so I have emailed them and they told me they don't do Pa. when you use your phone it ask which state your in. All the other bet casinos don't have this problem
Absolutely the worst online casino in the industry in my opinion. Many frequent issues related to player rewards bonuses example: gain $5 in free play in tiers to a certain limit depending on the amount of money wagered and/or deposited. I have a maximum amount of free play directed towards a specific game and am unable to access the bonus play. I can see it and the amount of money wagered which was much much more than the threshold for highest amount of free play that can be earned. Online chat with customer service twice where they initiate chat and i explain my issues and then nothing. No response. No indication chat was disconnected etc. I’ve even left my contact phone number and nothing. I’m done with them. I gamble on a regular basis for years so i know what a deposit/return ratio should be. Let me tell you the house wins here. Allthe time. When you consistently have a deficit of plus $4K in regards to deposit / withdrawal ratio there is something wrong.
They take every opportunity, in every and all aspects, to flat out take your money. Starting with the offer of bonus money. They attach the money you deposit to their "BONUS MONEY" making it playable on certain games. Once your money is attached to their BONUS money it's no longer eligible for withdraw AND only available for play on their select few games. The Roulette games show imposable odds, I covered 30 numbers and when I was in the money the 7 loosing numbers came up 7 out of 10 spins consistently. When not playing RED or BLACK, frequent strings of RED numbers would hit 20-30 IN A ROW!!! broken by only 2 or 3 BLACK numbers.
Borgata Online Casino is the worst ever, in every aspect! I sent an email to their customer service and they never responded? I logged into chat and typed my issues, and nobody's responded? I called your customer service number, and the call disconnects? I won money and rewards that said (Claim Now), and they do not show up in my balance! I have money in my balance and your site will not let me use it to play! I saw your commercial and thought it would be great, but it is terrible. I'm going to tell all family and friends that this site is a scam and a complete disappointment!!!!!
Borgata is trash. Worst online casino out of the dozens I have used. If you do actually win anything worth withdrawing, which is very rare might I add . And I mean very rare. You will have to wait weeks to get your funds. By far the most scammy feeling casino I have ever played. Straight robbery
I would rate it under one it’s the worst casino I recently visited a local casino and had an extremely unpleasant experience due to an obnoxious pit boss. From the moment I approached the table, the pit boss's demeanor was unwelcoming and unprofessional. He displayed a condescending attitude towards both the staff and the players, frequently interrupting the game with rude comments and unnecessary criticisms.Throughout the evening, his behavior only worsened. He seemed to enjoy belittling players for their mistakes and made sarcastic remarks that created an uncomfortable atmosphere. This type of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially in a setting where customers expect to enjoy themselves.Additionally, his aggressive tone and dismissive nature made it difficult to ask for assistance or clarification on game rules. It was clear that his focus was more on asserting his authority rather than ensuring a pleasant and fair gaming experience for everyone.This cage boss by name Georges he worked the shift of 5/24 /24 evening shift hope management looks into fixing this issue not that it happened to me but to future patrons patrons come there to enjoy themselves and not be berated by his behavior significantly detracted from what should have been an enjoyable night out. Casinos rely on good customer service to keep patrons coming back, and this gentleman by name George that worked on Saturday on the 5/24/24on high limit machines this individual's actions are a detriment to the establishment. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that this does not occur prevent further negative experiences for other guests.
Borgota is the "Best". I have played almost all online games. MGM, and mainly Golden Nugget has a cheat set up. Golden Nugget will put your winnings in the Transcript, won't pay you or pay you for a push and when you call Customer Service they will state as if scripted " we can't see the video but we can see you were paid in the transcript, we will send to live dealer who does not respond back or will state the same. This has happened every time I have played. I even stop the game and recorded, when you come back it will resume but nothing's done. Borgota pays and is THE BESR. THE ONLY ADVICE I WOULD GIVE IS THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TAKE Mandatory IN- Service TO LEARN THE FAMES THEY ARE Defending. Customer service with borgata pa is horrendous. You can never get anyone on the phone, online chat resolves nothing, never get a response to emails and ever since my original host resigned 6 months ago, I’ve had a new host that has responded to one lone email. I have thousands of dollars stuck in purgatory as I’m getting an error message when trying to withdraw and nobody to help me resolve this issue. Never a problem depositing funds though! Ironically, this started after I hit for $100K last week. They’re literally trying to steal money back now.
I haven’t played on Borgata in months. Received email that I received a $500 bonus to get back into my account. I log in and claim bonus, but when I try to play I receive error message saying “account restricted contact customer service”. I sent my identification in case that was the issue. It wasn’t. Since then I have had a minimum of 20 emails - some say check in 24, 48 or 72 hours so “relevant team” can review. Some say my account has been released, thank you for your patience and it isn’t released. Some say 7 business days for review. Some say clear cache and cookies etc. as of now it’s been almost 7 days with no access to the account. They will not transfer me to supervisor, they refuse. The bonus they offered expires soon. I have no idea why they even contacted me. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. PLEASE gamble elsewhere.
