She went above and beyond. I highly recommend this brand, particularly for their excellent customer support.
After being disappointed with another doorbell camera, I am very satisfied with this one. The image quality, battery life, and connectivity are all excellent. The ability to adjust the lens via the app is very helpful. It has only failed to connect to Wi-Fi on rare occasions. Highly recommend; I haven't needed support yet.

I bought a yearly plan for $139.00, which expired, and when I bought the same plan for a new camera, I found out I needed a separate plan for each camera. This is not good; users should be able to manage multiple cameras under one plan.
