I was eager to purchase the 13-inch tablet, knowing its impressive features. I encountered a representative who was courteous, professional, and well-informed. Later, I returned to finalize my purchase with another team member, who also impressed me with his professionalism and expertise.
While many have had positive experiences at this location, mine was far from satisfactory. My phone was damaged during a battery replacement, and I was told it was already in that condition when I arrived. Confirmation from the main support team revealed that the damage occurred during the service. Their own evidence shows my phone was undamaged prior. I would recommend steering clear of this location and opting for an official store instead; I learned this the hard way. The staff lacked personal communication skills, and the offer of a complimentary screen protector felt more like an insult.
I encountered an issue with a Macbook that might have a faulty battery. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was quoted £250 for a topcase and battery replacement, which seemed reasonable given the brand. After agreeing to the quote and arriving for my appointment, I was informed that I would need to pay a non-refundable £45 fee, followed by a charge of "between £300-£400 for the repair". They couldn't provide a precise quote without the initial fee. I requested the replacements without a diagnosis, but was still told the fee was necessary. This experience wasted my time, and now I have to visit an official store where diagnostics are complimentary.

This is not an official store. The registered business name is different (check their reviews). I should have considered the prior feedback before visiting. My experience here was a complete waste of time and money. I brought in my nearly new laptop due to a screen flickering issue, and they immediately mentioned a potential charge for repairs despite it being under warranty. I left my laptop for an examination report promised within 24 hours. After waiting, I received nothing. When I followed up, I was told the report would arrive shortly, but hours passed without any update. I returned to retrieve my laptop, only to find no report and just smudges on the keyboard. Additionally, there was a minor scratch on the logo, but I didn't feel like arguing. I will avoid places with such questionable practices in the future.
The representative I interacted with at the Tunbridge Wells location was very helpful and friendly. After ordering the iPad Pro, which was not available in-store, I received it at home the following day. Consistently excellent service.
