Review Time
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my daughter’s birthday, after making the order I read the reviews (I know, should have done that first!) and I was really worried that they would be late etc. I needn’t have stressed, I was kept updated the week prior as to their progress and location etc and she received them on the day as requested and the flowers were beautiful. The chocolates haven’t been opened yet but the box looks good. Very happy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers and received a small bunch. I also ordered autumn colours and received spring colours. Customer service was no help at all. They took ages to reply & when they did they said I could get a refund if I sent the flowers back by which time they were dead. Not worth the money.
I ordered flowers for a specific date, but they arrived several days late and in poor condition — wilted, bruised, and nothing like the photos advertised online. When I raised this with the company, their response was unhelpful and not what I’d expect from a reputable florist. They even asked me to post the damaged flowers back at my own expense in order to receive a refund, despite the issue being entirely theirs.
This is the 2nd order I have placed.I have to say the flowers on the first occasion were very nice but arrived late.I decided to give them another chance and again they've failed to arrive on the day chosen showing the flowers have only been despatched on the day that they should have arrived. Not happy and will go back to using M&S
I ordered from this company because I found their prices far cheaper than any others online & I needed to budget. The customer service responses were swift & the bouquet with the complimentary bouquet ballon was delivered on time. The addressed said thanks a million so she will enjoy them & I am a highly satisfied customer. I have photos of the quality of the bouquet & balloon, which is blown up before delivery, but can’t seem to post them on TrustPilot.
More than two weeks ago (on the night of 29.Aug.25), I visited their website and ordered bouquete of red roses. Also I paid for next possible day delivery (something which is showing in my bank statement). However, still on 05.Sept.25 nothing was delivered, showing that my order is still in transition. I email the company to find out what is happening, and they offerd me to either get refund, either to receive a new flowers. I choose the second option and request a new bouquete to be delivered to the address. Guess what - it is already 15.Sept.25, and AGAIN nothing is delivered. The good news is that I already paid for their service and 15 days later and few emails - there is zero outcome. I am not even mentioned the ruined and destroyed celebration and surprice, I will not even talk about the dissapointment in my girlfriend's eys, the only thing I will share with the rest of the people is - avoid this lying, stealing money company, do not trust them, you will be charged for something you will never receive, you will get lies offering you a options, which will never happen. Avoid.Avoid and protect your money and most important - your special day experience, which will be brutally destroyed by unproffesional liars.
I sent a bouquet to each of my daughters. One was late, the other was very late - and in bad condition. The company are almost impossible to contact and I had to beg for a response. When I eventually got hold of them they emailed saying the flowers had been reviewed by their ‘senior florist’ and there was nothing wrong with them. I asked for a new bouquet to be delivered or a refund and got no further communication. This is such sharp practice…I spent a lot of money but with flowers it’s not only the money - it’s the embarrassing disappointment when dead flowers are delivered. Please, I urge everyone not to use this company - they’re rubbish!
After placing the order, I saw reviews on this company. I emailed and raised my concerns and was told that they take great pride in their flowers and that mine would be in "excellent condition" for my wife on our anniversary. Surprise surprise they were far from excellent condition when they arrived and now, 2 days after receiving them, they are dead.What a joke!!!!!
