Bought a kazaz silver bracelet. It arrived, but it is WHITE!!!, I contacted them, and they said to send it back at my expense. that would be $333.00, the bracelet cost $85.00 + 24.00(duties), this is how it reads on their page,"Kazaz Hand Knitted Bracelet made in 1000 Carat Silver by Boutique Ottoman". Silver is not White. I do not recommend, if you don't live in Turkey to absorb the return cost, it's not worth it. I ask that you put up a new photo , wish I could attach it here. they say I purchased white silver, that is not what the description or pic say

I have been a customer of Boutique Ottoman for some time and I must admit, I previously purchased many unique, beautiful, and high-quality designs from them. Their craftsmanship was always impressive.Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my perspective. I received rings with broken stones and the engravings were distorted, dented, and completely asymmetrical. The craftsmanship lacked even the most basic level of quality and care. It felt like a cheap imitation of their previous work, and while the support team admitted the fault and promised to send replacements, they never followed through. It has been several months now with no replacements, no tracking numbers.It is deeply disappointing to see a brand with such beautiful art fail so miserably in customer integrity and after-sales service. I am writing this only to warn others: while the designs are great, the risk of receiving damaged goods with no actual support is very high. Loyalty means nothing to them once they have your money.
