I returned a faulty watch but have received no response. Despite multiple messages since returning the watch in October, I still have not heard back. It's now December, and I'm left wondering if I will ever get my watch back or a refund.
I ordered an item on December 3rd, but the delivery was marked undeliverable, even though I was present. It was supposed to arrive the following day, yet a week later, I still have no parcel. I reached out to customer support multiple times but was met with vague responses and no refund.
I've had to abandon this service after losing a significant amount of money with no resolution. As an online seller using them for over three years, I've faced numerous issues with orders being only partially fulfilled or not at all, without any refund or notification. It's impossible to track orders, and customer support has been unresponsive. I've returned items at my own expense and will continue to do so, as I've lost faith in their service.
I placed an order and have received nothing after nearly 10 days, despite a 3-5 day delivery window. The only communication I received was on the order date, and tracking shows no updates. There's no direct way to contact the service. Based on my experience, I recommend avoiding them.
