I've purchased an item with Pinklaura before and I love it. My most recent purchase i didn't look at the size chart before ordering. When I got the item, its was tight. I reached out to customer service to see if I could exchange for a bigger size but the item wasn't available any longer. The agent was great. She offered me a 20% refund and a coupon to keep the item or I could return it. The clothing item is still a very cute piece and it's good quality so I'll be keeping it.
