Outstanding communication. Service was a breeze-had to change my date of arrival-they were so nice about changing it. We needed a certain shipping container-they took the time to find the right one we wanted at a good price. I'm so impressed on how nice the container was plus every staff person I had to deal with. Everything was great except the delivery the guy refused to drop it where I wanted. Witch I realize he has the right to do so he had to drop it on the road and I had to drag it into place. I also got a container that had to bent bars for the doors and the guy said you will get that. So now I have to figure out how to straighten them so I can get into the container easier.
UPDATE:Im changing my rating after speaking to Priyanka who is the Director of Operations... My container has been exchanged at no cost to me. Priyanka was AMAZING to speak to and made everything right. I WILL give them another shot next time I need a container because of Priyanka's help.Second purchase from BoxHub. 1st purchase was great! second one... not so much. delivered a container in HORRIBLE shape. Had to use a prybar to open the door then realized why. The rods on the door are bent badly. door will not latch and it takes all of my 275 pounds to open or shut the door itself. the roof leaks too. Asked BoxHub and they said they would do nothing about it other than charge me to pick back up and refund me a percentage of my purchase price. I do NOT recommend BoxHub and I will never use them again!
