Very nice driver, able to get it close and would have gotten it square where planned but mud prevented the last 10’ or so but it’s just fine. Definitely nothing could be done about that. Good communication all the way. Used container but great for storage of what I need it for. Appears WWT.
I would like to share my experience with Boxhub. So, a year ago I started thinking seriously about getting a shipping container. I like to research online and came across Boxhub and really liked how the site worked, but I couldn't get a shippping quote to work online because I was outside the delivery area. So finally I called and the person I spoke with was Derek. After talking with him I was very glad I had to call because he really helped me understand what I was getting into, how the container industry works, and answered all my many, many questions. He found a delivery person willing to ship to my relatively remote location and also made sure to keep within my budget range. He really went the extra mile on this and I appreciated that so much! I never felt pressured to make any decisions about the container. After I decided to purchase I then began to work with Isaac on the delivery date. This was a long process on my part because I had to make a 2000 mile trip to be there for the delivery, my property was on ready evacuation notice due to forest fires, and winter weather was starting to show up in the forecast! Isaac was so incredible to work with as almost 2 months passed before we had a window that would work. When we were finally able to make it happen, he coordinated with the delivery driver, made sure everything was timing out well on my end and theirs... and the container arrived right on time, the delivery was smooth, the delivery company they chose was really great, and the container itself was really nice. Derek and Isaac had both explained that no container is brand new, and yet this was such a very nice one, very solid and looked great! The feeling I got from the beginning was that these guys really care about their company and the service they are providing, and that they care about their customers. I had a very positive purchase experience, and I consider these guys my friends and truly feel if I needed help with anything they would be there. Thank you so much!
Every step of the process was painless, from the professional in sales to the driver that brought our container. The product is as advertised, just like new and on time. The driver knew exactly what he was doing and helped us through the whole process of setting the container. I would recommend Boxhub to anyone!
Boxhub exceeded my highest expectations in every way. My customer service rep. Nik was extremely knowledgeable and articulate. The communication was perfect and prompt making sure the delivery was perfect. My new containers are immaculate and everything I hoped for. So I had two 40ft containers delivered and the first one was a good container with no issues. The 2nd container was a much different experience. First the delivery driver didn’t put it in the spot I had graded out for the container to go and then the right container door was extremely hard to open. The vertical bars are clearly bent which you can clearly see in the pictures I sent boxhub and they still didn’t want to come fix it. The delivery driver said to put grease and it would be fine but that wasn’t the case. After calling boxhub to let them know what my problem was I just got the run around and having to jump thru hoops to let them see my complaint. After weeks of going back and forth with boxhub they offered me 500 bucks back. Was a nice gesture but all I wanted was a container that my wife could open without me being at the house. Now she can’t use it and I will always have to be the one to deal with the container. PLEASE READ THERE FINE PRINT CUZ THEY SAY ITS IN THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU COULD GET A CONTAINER THAT IS HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE. ALSO THERE MONEY BACK GUARANTEED IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. WHEN I TOLD THEM TO TAKE IT BACK THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 2200 to SHIP IT BACK WHEN I PAYED 3k FOR THE CONTAINER. WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WHEN DEALING WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
