After nearly getting ripped off by Facebook marketplace scammers, Derek at Boxhub helped me out. And their prices are great! I got a reefer container delivered all the way out to Wyoming and the whole transaction was about as easy as they come. And the container was in great shape. Would definitely buy from them again. We Ordered a 40' container, things could not have gone better. The ordering was easy and the personnel were friendly and professional. Sherman the delivery driver was awesome , he placed the container exactly where I wanted.Even after delivery, they followed up - no problem. I highly recommend BoxHub for any container needs.
Communication was straight forward and pleasant. Ordering was easy. Representative was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Delivery driver was a little late but wasn't a problem. Container was visually in better condition than I expected but did have a few mended places, but looked like they were mended well. One door seal looks like it needs to be replaced for optimum performance but should be minor issue to fix. Hopefully it will work when we get it up and running! Excited to finally get this unit. Would purchase through Boxhub again.
