STAY AWAY! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.. promise you tickets. Bought a week in advance. 1 hour b4 game time E-tickets weren't transfered yet. Asked for my number. Problem with my order.. no problem @ all!!! Ha!! Disputed charge with Chase. Got immediate refund. Went to Vivid seats great customer service much better price too!!!
I was referred to this service through a phone line and hastily agreed to a 35% processing fee along with an unexpected $13 charge for phone assistance. The representative assured me he was finding the best deals. However, my purchase ended up being non-refundable. Afterward, I checked resale sites and found similar tickets for over half the price, including taxes and fees. When I called back to express my concerns, the same representative quickly reiterated the 'no refunds' policy and abruptly ended the call. Proceed with caution and consider other options.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. The support team is unhelpful. I bought tickets yesterday for an event happening in 30 days (not a major event) and the tickets won't be delivered until January 1. I became suspicious during the purchase because I couldn't select my preferred seats. They raised the price of general admission tickets from $5 to over $44. After reading numerous negative experiences today, I attempted to get a refund. As mentioned, the support team was rude and refused to assist me. I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities. If they think I will give up on obtaining my refund, they should remember my previous success in holding a contractor accountable for theft.

This service is a scam. They are misleading and unresponsive regarding disputes. I tried to cancel my order within two minutes of realizing it was a fraudulent company, but they made it nearly impossible to contact anyone. I hold grudges and will be seeking justice. I'm gathering information from others who have been scammed and have identified the individuals involved.
I bought two tickets in July for a show in October. On September 4, the seller reclaimed the tickets, but the venue alerted me. I contacted ticket sales, and they reversed it, allowing me to keep my seats. Then on September 26, I received the same notice again. With just a month to the show, I will ask for a reversal once more, but will it happen a third time? This is a scam that should not occur, and I will never purchase here again. You've been warned!
On September 9, I purchased two tickets for a theater presentation. The tickets arrived electronically, showing adjacent seats A7 and A9. One ticket was valid, but the other was for a seat that didn't exist. The theater couldn't provide satisfactory seating for this sold-out performance.
Avoid ordering event tickets from this scam site! I ordered tickets for a show, costing $356, and never received them. When I spoke with the venue, they confirmed they have no dealings with this service. I lost $356 and couldn't attend the show. This service is a scam; buyers beware!
