Emailed be perfect re a -faulty product , A lady called Ann looked after me and its all sorted. My replacement is on the way . I Purchased this product in Dunnes stores, and they would not help me. I went directly to the company Be Perfect, and i am very happy with their service . Look forward to receiving my package later on this week . Customer care staff member Ann was very helpful and came straight back to me . Great service .

What can I say? The representative in customer service was fantastic. After not receiving my order, which is unusual, I reached out for assistance. The wonderful representative offered me a replacement or a refund. I chose the refund because I really enjoy these products, and to my surprise, my order arrived the very next day. I reside in America and find the selection available to me quite limited. I know there are more products than those displayed on the website because someone close to me works there. I even switched to view options for another region and found a wider variety. It's disappointing, as this brand seems like one I would genuinely consider purchasing from.

I received the wrong item and reached out via email. A representative contacted me right away and sincerely apologized. She sent the correct item, which arrived in just a few days.
