5 Star service, Item was sent on the day I ordered as it arrived (I'm in N. Ireland) next day... Great by any standards!! I even noticed a follow up email sent to confirm this package was on the way.I purchased this product from BPS (I had never heard of them but I used to work in a professional camera hire business) because price was very competitive and shipping in this case was free... I would have no hesitation in further purchases in future!
No issues yet about the product. However having paid for next day delivery, the product arrived 2 days later. Guttered that it wasn’t available for the special event for which I purchased it. What is the point in offering a service you cannot provide? Further to the above, I have been contacted by the company and happy to report that this matter has been investigated. I am happy with the outcome. Would definitely buy from them again.
I had never heard of BPS until I noticed them online recently, so initially I was a bit sceptical.I am happy to say that I was really happy with their service, with great communication and rapid delivery of a product that was at a very good price. I would buy from BPS again and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Ordered a camera, but after 5 days I enquired about its status only to be told it was out of stock. Despite wishing I had been told sooner, BPS couldn't have been more accommodating & helpful. They offered me a more expensive alternative, along with some extra accessories thrown in. I would definitely purchase from this company again, they went above and beyond to help me.
