I've cancelled my Navionics subscription. 2 years in a row Navionics have charged my credit card twice. Navionics say I have 2 accounts registered to 1 email and 1 credit card. How is that even possible, I ask? And instead of closing one of those accounts to resolve the problem I bought to their attention last year, Navionics double charged me again this year. WTF!!! The Navionics app is not worth 1 annual renewal charge, let alone being mucked around over refunding a duplicated renewal charge, and then being disrespected as a customer with a partial refund for that duplicated renewal fee. Navionics clearly don't value their customers and can stick their app where the sun doesn't shine after such dishonorable behaviour.

I purchased the Navionics card from Amazon. After I purchased it, due to some unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to start the installation process for approx. 2 weeks. When I had trouble installing the software, I contacted Navionics for help. It took them 2 weeks to finally determine I had a bad SD card. During those 2 weeks I was asked the same question numerous times, provide screen shots, provide photos of the SD cards, did I try this or that they had asked me to do before. Finally, they told me to return it to Amazon where I purchased it. Even though it was 2 days after the return policy Amazon provided a replacement. That time the SD card adapter came without the micro-SD card; therefore, it was worthless. This time Amazon would only provide a refund. Obviously, Navionics quality control is non-existent, and their customer service is TERRIBLE.
It's unfortunate that Navionics is owned by Garmin. The maps are a good product but Garmin does absolutely a terrible job at every aspect of managing the product. Their prices have increased unreasonably since they acquired Navionics. Their website is poorly designed. They lack transparency with regards to their subscriptions. Their customer service doesn't deserve even one star. If you can avoid their products and services look elsewhere. This is not a company you will enjoy dealing with.
Hello, the area outside the Straits Quay Marina in Penang, Malaysia is shown as navigatable. It is not. It is dry land due to a large clamation project. This is not new. Navionics is way behind here. Time to catch up. I cannot sail my boat on dry land.
