I've used spreadsheets since Lotus 123 to now. Mostly sheets, and this one IS reliable and easy to use. I think for most users, this application will have all the features and functions you would need. The user interface is not identical to Excel or WPS or any of the others. But it is intuitive and you'll be using it very quickly

Really awful program. It didn’t save the changes in my 370 pages manuscript. Thanks God I have a copy in USB. The document froze and all the text was gone. Some words were repeated twice and together in a row. It didn’t allow me save the changes on the document by saying the document was “read only” when in fact it wasn’t. After using it for two days, I just had to delete the application from the computer. I won’t risk losing all my work of three years and the copy edits I’m doing now for “OnlyOffice”
After multiple requests and being given the runaround, someone from their company finally came out and told me that although their web site says they are ISO27001 certified, they hold no such certification. It's a fraudulent marketing maneuver.Anyone who intentionally lies about their credentials cannot be trusted in your business environment.
OnlyOffice has been a great find — I value its strong focus on privacy and self-hosting, which gives me full control over my data. The open-source transparency builds real trust, and compatibility with Microsoft formats is excellent. The UI’s similarity to MS Office made the transition smooth and virtually effortless. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a secure, familiar, and capable office suite.
I am wondering if anyone has been a part of this Jan 12th no longer having access, being forced to go to their new platform. Not giving you access to your clients information. This has been horrible experience and all they continue to do is sell me things and are very rude. like they hold the keys to the ship and they know it.
(The Enterprise solution is even worse.)It's a software FULL of flaws. The code is not optimized at all. Documents sometimes don't even load at all, or take more than 3 minutes to fully show on the screen. Enterprise:After paying more than THREE THOUSAND dollars on an Enterprise license, the support focuses on getting access to my files instead of fixing the issues "To reproduce the issue." However, despite them informing that they are working on it, the issue seems never fixed. The support is also limited to 10 requests, once you've reached it, they wash their hands.
I attempted to sign up for OnlyOffice for my small business but couldn't access it after registration. When I tried to sign up again, I found their pricing structure confusing - one option was $20/month per admin, another was $8/user/month for cloud services. I used their popup chat to get clarification from sales. The representative explained the distinction between the services, which was helpful. When I replied mentioning that I was confused by the signup email, they completely ignored my follow-up message.As a small business owner ready to purchase their software, being ignored mid-conversation by sales is unprofessional. I wasn't being difficult, just providing feedback about a confusing user experience while trying to understand their service.If their sales team can't be bothered to acknowledge basic feedback from potential customers, it doesn't inspire confidence in their customer service standards.
I've lost countless documents at this point just from it freezing and refusing to save when I try and close it. Not to mention their absolutely useless file recovery. It does absolutely nothing, just saving empty files that I didn't need, meanwhile the 7+ pages of writing gone.
Docker images are crap, DEB install is crapInstalling scrips not working well, creating a mass on server, so much "bloatware" ONLYOFFICE just use free software making it work somehow and reselling it....not worth a penny. There sould hire linux experts that know how there software works. So many request and there dont know how there own software is working. Data Privacy is a joke, if you installed "there" Plugins you need to remove them by your own. All Plugins sending data to external companys
