Review Time
I ordered a memorial stone in December. It said it would be delivered in January. After a week late I inquired. They said another week. Then then again it did not arrive inquired again and they said another week. Emailed again and then they said February. Then I emailed again now in February and they said March. I’d give them a zero if I could. This is the only experience I’ve had with this company and I will never go back.
Put my order in on the 29th of November with a delivery date between Dec 15 - Dec 22. Shipping status changed on the 18th as shipped. Messaged them on the 22 and was told slight delay but the package would arrive before the 24th. I asked how they knew that when they told me they have no tracking number for the package to give me. The person just keep saying over and over that it would be delivered before the 24th. today is the 24th and so I am watching another delivery day slip by. Do not understand in the times of ecommerce that they do not have tracking numbers on their shipments. As you can guess I do not know of the quality just their service
