I'm afraid I can't go higher than 3 stars. First, there were several amounts posted on my credit card. I sent an e mail to point this out but never even got an acknowledgement. Eventually you did correct it. You tracking system leaves a lot to be desired. Mailing says "standard" with saying what standard is. Has said shipped since 16th with no further updates. I have no idea how and when I will get it. Communication does not match your peers. John
I have NOT received my order nor am I able to track where it is if it is even sent out for delivery. I wanted it for my wife's birthday which has now passed and now worried it won't even be here for xmas. Very disappointed with such a huge named company.
I ordered a collection of 3 items as it appeared in the photo, but was charged again for a 4th item. The communication about when your item was shipped/arriving is inexistant. It is the first time I ordered something from here and am truly disappointed, will not be ordering from here again.
I have not received any updates nor the ring I ordered. When I purchased it I had to set up an account and now can not get in to that account to even track it. Its 2 days before Christmas and I have no gift for my mother. Such a scam.
