I had a technical question that I needed help with regarding one of the advanced features of an element in the Ultimate Addons for Elementor pack.The response was quick, and the help was accurate - I managed to get what I needed done, and I could not expect anything more from the team.
Support staff is on top of things! They responded to a question about how to track Youtube videos in gTag manager with a great solution. Many other developers would have said, "We don't support that" and left it at that, but these guys really care!
UAE is a great piece of software, but what is most impressive is the responsiveness and customer focus of the support team. I have raised a couple of queries with them and they have gone the extra mile to help, even making short video clips to assist. They are very helpful and polite and I totally recommend Brainstorm Force's software!
The Apple software world is always changing. I had a pretty technical issue and ConvertPro didn't like some of the new Mac software. In a few emails with their tech department, it was resolved ... all in one day. I didn't have to wait days for a response, just a quick and easy dialogue with a really helpful techie.
