I've had to reach out to Brainstorm Force several times on different issues, and they have always been prompt, courteous, but above all going above and beyond in getting me the support I needed to maintain and enhance my websites using Astra Pro.
Received great customer service from the Brainstrom Force support team. We reported an issue where the Convert Plus plugin was not integrating with our Mailchimp account and the support team was able to troubleshoot the issue and provide us with some solutions which worked. The Convert Plus plugin itself is easy to use and works well with WordPress.
I've been using Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder for the better part of a year now. I have used it on my sites and have recommended it to clients. I have only used a fraction of its capabilities. Too, the support Brainstorm Force offers is fantastic. Beaver Builder and its add ons are part of my core building blocks.
