I wanted to give zero stars but I don’t know how to. I did not receive my package. The address is valid, but was told my address is invalid. I searched my order number on the official shipping company’s website and I didn’t find my shipping details. I am yet to uncover if it is a scam. But for now have this information.
Absolutely unclear regarding the charges for importing goods in the uk. My order was validated INCL TAXES. Then I was asked to pay import duties to receive my parcel. Customer service incompetent. They recognize by written different errors : On their web site with very poor information toward their customers On the invoice attached to my orderBut I still have to pay the price for their errors. Unacceptable and absolutely not recommended
worst eshop ever. the goods were damaged, I sent photos various times to the shop, no one ever ansewered. by phone they speak only french, to email nobody answers. I couldnot imagine, that even today it is possible to find such a bad experince with an online seller.Jaroslav Mazak
I ordered on the 18th February and I have still not received my order. They took the money out of my account on the same day. I've been contacted them since but their customer service is so bad. I needed specific items for my baby but now this is too late. I also paid 15pounds for the delivery... This is outrageous. My advice: DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. You'll waste your time, money and energy.
Poor service and communication! I ordered on the 30th of December, it's 2nd of March and still have not received my order or a refund ( even though I asked for it). Delays due to Brexit are understandable, however this is too much. They don't even have the decency to reply to my enquiry properly. Strongly avoid! I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I ordered on the 3rd of January and I have still not received my order. They took the money out of my account on the same day. I was understanding about the delay for a few weeks but I quickly realised this is a company with a terrible customer service when they stopped answering my emails as soon as I asked for my money back. I understand there is brexit but this delay/lack of communication/unanswered emails is really bad... I believe the parcel is now lost or they haven’t sent it. They are also not sending me a tracking number when I asked for one... it says it all !!! I am really disappointed as I was really looking forward to my products. I just want my money back...
Editing: I contacted customer service and received a full refund there and there, so after all other than a long wait with no result no further harm...Warning: Avoid, very unreliable! I ordered in January at the value of £52 and still haven’t got it! Got the same product elsewhere and got it today.I would have given it minus 5 stars if I could
Awful customer service! I have been using this website for a about 2 years now but their service has really worsened. I have ordered my products more than a month ago and haven't heard anything about the status of the delivery, absolutely nothing! No updates or notifications and they claim that it's the carrier's fault but refuse to issue a refund. I will never order from them again.
I placed an order month ago, and still not receive it, have past a week since I have contact them regarding my order, and still no arrived, ask them for a refund and still no answer since 2 days. Poor customer service, not recommend at all
