Kev is an incredible facilitator. I have experienced both his cold water therapy and breathwork sessions. From the initial contact, I felt safe, seen, and held. His knowledge of trauma-informed therapy is second to none, and what he doesn't know about the breath, the body, and the nervous systems, really isn't worth knowing. He shows a depth of compassion that is so important in this work, backed by scientific knowledge that simply allows you to release emotions held in the body, let go of trauma, and reprogram your mind and perspective. I felt truly liberated after the sessions, and without a doubt, I will be back for more.
I was fortunate enough to attend one of Kevin's cold therapy training courses last year. It was the best thing I ever did for me personally and the knowledge I gained to take others in. Kevin is a wealth of knowledge. You cant beat doing a course in person rather than online. There's so much extra knowledge you gain that just cannot be replicated online. I can't recommend him enough.

I took my son to see Kev at Breatheolution after he was diagnosed with chronic hyperventilation syndrome following a chest injury at rugby. His breathing had become such a struggle that even walking short distances was difficult and sport felt completely out of reach. In just one two‑hour session, Kev made a big difference.He took the time to explain what was happening in a way that made sense both physically and emotionally, helping my son feel reassured and genuinely calmer. By the end of the session, my son was able to breathe more easily and even ran around a field for the first time in 14 months. I've been doing "cold water immersion" for a few years. Kev helped me place the practice into a better framework, taking it from a daily box to be ticked to a more holistic experience where each moment was considered and evaluated in terms of my body and mind's reaction to the stress caused. I now understand that rather than a trial to be endured for purely the physical benefits and short term 'high' I can use it as a tool to notice, accept, and refine my reaction to stress. On top of it all, Kev is a great guy to sit and have a coffee with and chat. The time flew by, and I've already mentioned him to many of my friends.
